PIPE BURST IN hotel in portland
When a pipe burst on the eighth floor of a downtown Portland hotel, flooding dozens of rooms on multiple floors, our team members were there to quickly and efficiently dry out the structure. Using innovative drying techniques to save materials that otherwise would have had to have been removed, we saved the hotel owners considerable time and money in the rebuilding process.
FIRE & WATER DAMAGE IN suburban stay hotel
Construction of a new suburban extended stay hotel was just a few weeks from completion when there was a small fire on the fourth floor. Though damage from the fire was minimal, water damage from fighting the fire was extensive, affecting all four floors of the building. Employing a crew of over thirty, we were able to quickly dry the structure and clean all of the affected rooms. In less than a week, the contractor working on the hotel was able to be back on site finishing the job, allowing the hotel to open on schedule.
RAINSTORM FLOODED THE BUILDING OF retail business in Hillsboro
A large retail business in Hillsboro was having their roof replaced when an untimely rainstorm flooded the building. Our inventive crew members constructed a tenting system within the 15,000 square foot structure to help speed drying time and get the business back up and running.
FIRE IN AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY
A fire in a mechanical room of a Portland area assisted living facility spread smoke throughout the building through the HVAC system. Cleaning the residences during the pandemic required extra precautions to insure the safety of a vulnerable population.
FIRE SHUTDOWN IN RUBBER MANUFACTURING PLANT
When a fire shut down a local rubber manufacturing plant, we mobilized over 50 crew members and worked 24 hours a day for a solid week, running back-to-back 12 hour shifts to clean the building of soot and smoke damage and minimize down time for the business.
